Terms of Use and Licence

Service, complaint and licensing contact: studio@n3x.pl, +48 531 425 277. These Terms can be displayed, saved and printed free of charge before using a service.

• web tools, calculators, generators, tests and queries to public registries or APIs;
• the N3X Studio contact form, free technical alerts, AI assistant, YAML generator, short links and shared quotes;
• free N3X desktop applications, their installers and update mechanisms;
• Docker images, Compose configurators, control panels and self-hosted product documentation.

The scope, limits and required parameters of a function are described next to the relevant tool. N3XRemote Server, N3XMarket and N3X Remiza run in the user's own infrastructure; instance operation, backups, proxy, port, database and access configuration remain the instance operator's responsibility.

An agreement for a particular free electronic service is formed when the user intentionally invokes a function, submits a form, creates a link, starts an AI conversation, downloads a product or begins installation. The service starts immediately at the user's request and ends when the result is delivered, communication ends, a link expires or product use stops.

The user may stop at any time by closing the site, clearing local data, uninstalling an application, stopping and deleting a Docker stack, unsubscribing from an alert through its private link or requesting deletion of data held by N3X. Uninstalling an application does not remove data from the user's own server.

Any paid assistance, implementation or SLA requires a separate offer. These Terms activate no payment or subscription.

The site requires a current browser supporting HTTPS, JavaScript and the required browser APIs, plus internet access. Desktop applications require the Windows version stated on the product page; self-hosted products require a current Docker Engine with Compose, persistent volumes, correct DNS/TLS, firewall and reverse proxy or layer-4 proxy depending on the protocol.

Risks include incorrect or incomplete third-party data, scanner false positives, data loss after an administrative operation, running a command on the wrong host, screen-content disclosure, access to a public link by an unauthorised person, third-party dependency vulnerabilities, API outages and compromise of an incorrectly secured self-hosted instance. Users should install updates, limit access, protect secrets and maintain backups.

The Provider grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, revocable upon a material breach of these Terms, to install and use official N3X binaries and images for lawful private or internal business purposes. The licence is free and perpetual for a lawfully obtained version, but use after end of support may be unsafe and receives no new updates.

Unless expressly stated for a component, N3X source code and marks are not provided under an open-source licence. Resale, impersonation, removal of notices, circumvention of security, publication of modified installers as official and mark use suggesting endorsement are prohibited. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

• use scanning, SSH and remote access only for devices, accounts and networks you own or are authorised to operate;
• obtain user consent or documented authorisation for unattended access and do not bypass consent mechanisms;
• do not submit unlawful content, malware, phishing material, stolen data, third-party keys or content infringing others' rights;
• do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, perform DoS/DDoS, automated bulk querying or unauthorised-access attempts;
• do not enter secrets, passwords or data you cannot lawfully process or disclose into AI, forms or public links.

N3X may refuse or restrict a service where necessary to protect security, comply with law, stop abuse or protect other users. Where circumstances permit, the user will be informed of the reason and how to challenge the decision.

• N3XCare: review the operation list, close applications, create a backup and restore point; the tool does not replace professional administration or manufacturer diagnostics. Server features, including the Remote Desktop Services grace period reset, require authorisation to administer that server, do not replace the required client access licences and do not waive the operating-system vendor's licensing terms.
• N3XRemote / N3XShell / N3XScan: an incorrect configuration or operation may expose data, trigger security alerts, change or stop a system.
• N3XShot: the user is responsible for the right to capture and share visible content and for redaction.
• N3XMarket: quotes, analysis and AI are research material, not personalised advice. They may be delayed or wrong; financial decisions require primary sources and the user's own risk assessment.
• N3X Remiza / N3X Station: the application is not an alerting system or the brigade's sole record source. The instance operator is responsible for permissions, the lawful basis for member data, retention, backups and recovery.
• PC Builder Pro: prices and compatibility are indicative; verify specifications, BIOS, dimensions and seller information before purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, free products are provided in their current state (“AS IS”) and as available. They may contain defects or experimental features and depend on external systems, networks, data or services. No charge means there is no paid SLA, guaranteed availability, individual response time or promise to retain every feature.

The user is responsible for tool selection, result verification, backups, configuration and lawful operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for consequences of unauthorised use, use contrary to documentation, absence of a reasonable backup, unsupported environments, disclosed secrets or refusal to apply an available security fix.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory digital-content or digital-service conformity, consumer remedies, liability for intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot be limited. Where a free service falls within mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.

Fixes may require upgrading to the latest version. Status, support period, retirement and update availability are described in the Support and Lifecycle Policy. Security reports are handled under the Security Policy.

Send a complaint to studio@n3x.pl with the subject “N3X COMPLAINT”. Include reply details, product and version, operating system or browser, incident date, expected and actual behaviour and — without secrets or third-party data — the steps or log required for analysis.

A response will be provided within 14 days after receipt of a complete complaint. A request for missing information does not alter any mandatory consumer-law deadline. Consumers may also use the assistance of the competent Polish consumer ombudsman or UOKiK information services.

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, and device storage in the Cookies Policy. A quote link is available to anyone who knows its address until expiry; treat it as confidential and do not include special-category data or secrets.

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or mandatory jurisdiction rules. Invalidity of one part does not affect the rest. Amendments operate prospectively and are published with a date; a material change to a continuing service will be communicated through a reasonably available channel.
