Modern applications built from scratch
We do not assemble templates. We design and write web applications, desktop software and AI solutions for companies that need a tool shaped around their process — not a process shaped around a tool. Everything you see on n3x.pl we wrote ourselves. You can try it before you contact us.
A portfolio you can verify in a minute
Most software houses show client logos. We show working code — public, with no sign-up and no demo version.

N3XShot
Next-generation screenshots
Annotated screenshots for support tickets. It started with asking why describing a bug takes longer than fixing it.
v1.0.2 · updated Jul 30, 2026N3XShell
SSH connection manager
An SSH client with a host manager, command library and YubiKey hardware key support. Passwords live in the OS keychain, not in a file.
v1.0.10 · updated Jul 30, 2026N3XRemote
Next-generation remote support
Remote desktop over WebRTC with its own signalling server. Instead of paying per seat — a 9-digit ID and a one-time password.
v1.1.1 · updated Jul 30, 2026N3XScan
Your network under control
A subnet scanner with a native Rust engine: device inventory, service detection, change history and actions that connect the N3X ecosystem.

What we build
Four areas. In each one we have working code you can inspect before signing anything.
Web applications and tools
Dashboards, configurators and calculators that replace spreadsheets passed around by email. They run in the browser and on a phone, with nothing to install.
Windows desktop applications
Native software in Rust and Tauri — a few megabytes, instant start, a signed installer and silent updates. For where a browser cannot reach the hardware.
Integrations and automation
We connect the systems you already run and remove the manual copy-paste between them. APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs.
AI-powered applications
Assistants that answer questions about your own data, document analysis and semantic search. Built on swappable models, with no lock-in to a single provider.
What it costs and how long it takes
Tick what your application needs to do. The range updates instantly — no phone call, no form and no e-mail required.
PLN 18,000–PLN 34,000
Net amounts. A range, not an offer — we give the exact figure for an agreed scope after we talk.
6–10 weeks
This estimate is indicative and is not a binding offer. The real cost depends on details we will learn in conversation.
How we work
No surprises halfway through. Four stages, each with a clear outcome.
- 01
Conversation
Fifteen minutes to understand the problem. If we are not the right team for it, we say so immediately.
- 02
Scope and quote
A written scope and a quote that holds for that scope — before we write the first line of code.
- 03
Build
Short cycles, each ending in a working version you can click through. Not progress reports.
- 04
Launch and support
We deploy, train your team and stay available afterwards. The code, the repository and the credentials are yours.
What we build on
Proven, well-documented technology. We do not experiment on a client's production system.

Questions we get most often
Straight answers — including the ones software houses usually answer with silence.
01How much does a custom application cost?
Projects start at PLN 15,000, and a typical internal application lands between PLN 40,000 and 100,000. The final figure depends on the number of screens, the integrations and whether you need user accounts. After a call we write down the scope and quote a price that holds for that scope — no open-ended hourly billing.
02What if I think of something new mid-project?
That is normal and not a problem — on a good project the best ideas only surface once you are clicking a working version. The quote holds for the agreed scope, so small adjustments simply happen within it. A genuinely new feature that was not in the agreement becomes a separate item, priced up front, and you decide whether it goes in now or after launch. We never add costs without your approval and never pause the project to renegotiate.
03How long does it take to build an application?
A smaller internal tool usually takes a few weeks; a larger system with accounts and integrations takes a few months. We work in short cycles, so you see a working version you can click through long before delivery, not just at handover.
04Do I get the source code?
Yes. On delivery the code, the repository and every credential are yours, with no extra licence fees. You can develop the application yourself or hand it to anyone else — we deliberately do not build dependency on us.
05Web or desktop application — which should I choose?
Web wins when access from any device and zero installation matter. Desktop makes sense when the program must reach the hardware, local files, or work offline — like our own N3XShell and N3XRemote. If you are unsure, describe the process and we will advise; that is a brief question, not a pricing one.
06Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign an NDA before discussing details if you need one. Details from the form come only to us and never enter any marketing database.
07Do you work remotely or only locally?
We are based in Sępólno Krajeńskie in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region of Poland, but we run projects remotely across the country. Meetings are online, and we travel on site for deployment and team training where it makes sense.
